You can order delivery of goods by any method offered by Nova Poshta.

1. Delivery to the branch:<\/h4>\n

The maximum period of storage of the parcel at the branch is 7 days. Please, upon receipt
\ncarefully check the goods in the presence of a representative of the delivery service\/carrier: integrity
\npackaging of the product, inspect the appearance of the product for mechanical damage,
\ncompleteness, availability of all units and working capacity of the goods. If the goods were taken without
\nchecks upon receipt, then our online store cannot guarantee a resolution of the issue on
\nthe buyer's benefit in the event of damage, incompleteness, inoperability and\/or other
\nproduct defects.<\/p>\n

2. Delivery to the post office:<\/h4>\n

The order is stored in the Nova Poshta post office for 3 days. After the expiration of the period
\nstorage, the parcel is forwarded from the post office to the branch. We deliver to the post office
\nany goods weighing up to 20 kg and\/or with a volume up to 57x37x27 cm<\/p>\n

3. Delivery by courier \u201cNova Poshta\u201d<\/h4>\n

Delivery takes 1 to 3 days. Please be present when receiving the goods.
\nWhen contacting the delivery service\/carrier representative, carefully check: the integrity of the product packaging,
\ninspect the appearance of the product for mechanical damage, completeness,
\navailability of all units and product performance.<\/p>\n

If you find damage or incomplete package, refuse to receive and pay for the package.<\/h4>\n

If the goods were taken without inspection upon receipt, the online store cannot guarantee
\nresolving the issue in favor of the buyer in case of damage or incompleteness,
