This confidentiality agreement <\/span>developed<\/b> in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and other regulatory acts of Ukrainian legislation regulating legal relations related to the collection, processing, storage of personal data, as well as the right of citizens to non-interference in their private lives and the right to self-expression.<\/span><\/p>\n

Online store "ONAIL", caring about the development of relationships with customers and understanding the importance of ensuring the protection of your personal data, in order to resolve possible contradictions and misunderstandings <\/span>prepared<\/b> this Privacy Agreement (Privacy Policy), hereinafter referred to as the \u201cPrivacy Policy\u201d, and the terms of use of the online store website <\/span>https:\/\/onail.com.ua.ua<\/b><\/a>, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cSite\u201d. Please read this page carefully, as the information contained therein is important to you as a User of the Site.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS<\/b><\/h3>\n

1.1. This Privacy Policy uses the following terms:<\/span><\/p>\n

1.1.1. <\/span>Online store website administration<\/b> (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration) - authorized employees acting on behalf of the online store "ONAIL", who organize the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions or operations performed with personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.1.2. <\/span>Personal data<\/b> \u2014 any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified or identifiable natural person (personal data subject).<\/span><\/p>\n

1.1.3. <\/span>Processing of personal data<\/b> \u2014 any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.1.4. <\/span>Privacy of personal data<\/b> \u2014 mandatory requirement for compliance by the Site Administration or other persons who have gained access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the personal data subject or in the absence of <\/span>other legal basis<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.1.5. <\/span>User of the online store "ONAIL"<\/b> \u2014 a person who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses the Online Store Site.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.1.6. <\/span>Cookies<\/b> \u2014 a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer; a web client or web browser sends it to the web server in an HTTP request each time a page of the corresponding site is opened.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.1.7. <\/span>IP address<\/b> \u2014 a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY<\/b><\/h3>\n

2.1. By using the Site or purchasing a product offered on the Site, as well as by answering the necessary questions in the questionnaire during registration and\/or purchase, the User confirms that he\/she gives consent to the online store "ONAIL" and its authorized persons to process personal data, and that he\/she is an adult.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.2. The User consents to the Site Administration to the processing of the information received, including the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, correction), use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data specified in the questionnaire, <\/span>with the aim of<\/b> forming a database of participants, compiling statistical reports, conducting marketing research, as well as interacting with the User, including using telecommunications, including sending SMS messages and emails, until such consent is withdrawn.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.3. The User confirms his\/her agreement that the Site Administration has the right to interact with the User through direct contact using various means of communication, including: mailing, e-mail, Internet. <\/span>etc.<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.4. Personal data permitted to be processed within the scope of this Privacy Policy includes, but is not limited to, the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n
