You can order delivery of goods by any method offered by Nova Poshta.

1. Delivery to the branch:
The maximum period of storage of the parcel at the branch is 7 days. Please, upon receipt
carefully check the goods in the presence of a representative of the delivery service/carrier: integrity
packaging of the product, inspect the appearance of the product for mechanical damage,
completeness, availability of all units and working capacity of the goods. If the goods were taken without
checks upon receipt, then our online store cannot guarantee a resolution of the issue on
the buyer's benefit in the event of damage, incompleteness, inoperability and/or other
product defects.
2. Delivery to the post office:
The order is stored in the Nova Poshta post office for 3 days. After the expiration of the period
storage, the parcel is forwarded from the post office to the branch. We deliver to the post office
any goods weighing up to 20 kg and/or with a volume up to 57x37x27 cm
3. Delivery by courier “Nova Poshta”
Delivery takes 1 to 3 days. Please be present when receiving the goods.
When contacting the delivery service/carrier representative, carefully check: the integrity of the product packaging,
inspect the appearance of the product for mechanical damage, completeness,
availability of all units and product performance.
If you find damage or incomplete package, refuse to receive and pay for the package.
If the goods were taken without inspection upon receipt, the online store cannot guarantee
resolving the issue in favor of the buyer in case of damage or incompleteness,
inoperability and/or other defects of the product.
Attention! Due to military operations, there are problems with delivery to some
city. Please check with the manager about the possibility of shipping to your city.
Payment methods
On the website onail.com.ua you can pay for your order with a bank card. Payments are processed by
LiqPay or WAYFORPAY service. To pay for an order on the site, during its registration
select any option at the checkout stage
Payment by card on the website
Payment for the order online with a Visa or MasterCard bank card. Delivery of goods is possible
only after payment confirmation.
Payment by payment cards is made in the following way:
When placing an order on the website, you will be asked to choose a payment method.
In the “Payment” column, you need to select “Payment by card on the website.” After that, you will
redirected to the bank's secure payment system page, where you will need to
confirm payment.
Please note that only the person who paid for the goods with a payment card can receive the goods.
