ONAIL PRIVACY POLICY
This confidentiality agreement developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and other regulatory acts of Ukrainian legislation regulating legal relations related to the collection, processing, storage of personal data, as well as the right of citizens to non-interference in their private lives and the right to self-expression.
Online store "ONAIL", caring about the development of relationships with customers and understanding the importance of ensuring the protection of your personal data, in order to resolve possible contradictions and misunderstandings prepared this Privacy Agreement (Privacy Policy), hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”, and the terms of use of the online store website https://onail.com.ua.ua, hereinafter referred to as the “Site”. Please read this page carefully, as the information contained therein is important to you as a User of the Site.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1. This Privacy Policy uses the following terms:
1.1.1. Online store website administration (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration) - authorized employees acting on behalf of the online store "ONAIL", who organize the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and actions or operations performed with personal data.

2. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
2.1. By using the Site or purchasing a product offered on the Site, as well as by answering the necessary questions in the questionnaire during registration and/or purchase, the User confirms that he/she gives consent to the online store "ONAIL" and its authorized persons to process personal data, and that he/she is an adult.
2.2. The User consents to the Site Administration to the processing of the information received, including the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, correction), use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data specified in the questionnaire, with the aim of forming a database of participants, compiling statistical reports, conducting marketing research, as well as interacting with the User, including using telecommunications, including sending SMS messages and emails, until such consent is withdrawn.
2.3. The User confirms his/her agreement that the Site Administration has the right to interact with the User through direct contact using various means of communication, including: mailing, e-mail, Internet. etc..
2.4. Personal data permitted to be processed within the scope of this Privacy Policy includes, but is not limited to, the following information:

- User's contact phone number;
- email address (e-mail);
- delivery address of the Goods;
- the User's place of residence.
3. PURPOSE OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
3.1. Personal information of the User of the online store "ONAIL" is used for the following purposes:
3.1.1. identification of the User registered on the Website of the online store, for placing an order and/or concluding a contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely with the online store "ONAIL";

3.1.7. conducting statistical and other research based on depersonalized data.
4. CATEGORIES OF DATA COLLECTED
4.1. The categories of personal data collected by the Site (independently or through third parties) include: cookies and data on the use of network resources.
4.2. Personal data may be provided by the User independently or may be collected automatically by the Site when using it.
